Nokia schimba incarcatoarele defecte

Producatorul finlandez de telefoane mobile si accesorii a lansat un program de schimbare a unor incarcatoare ce prezinta probleme de ansamblare si calitate, urmand ca aproximativ 14 milioane de unitati sa fie inlocuite.

In urma unui control de calitate de rutina, Nokia a constatat ca unele serii de incarcatoare produse de un colaborator, prezinta probleme de fiabilitate, aparatoarea de plastic a acestora putand sa se desprinda si sa cada, expunand astfel componentele interne ale incarcatorului.
Astfel, Nokia a considerat ca riscul unui soc electric ar fi chiar mare si a initiat programul de inlocuire a incarcatoarelor care prezinta problemele amintite mai sus.

Incarcatoarele afectate sunt produse de catre BYD intre 15 Iunie 2009 si 9 August 2009 si au urmatoarele serii:
AC -3U
AC-3E
Sunt incluse de asemenea cele produse de BYD intre 13 Aprilie 2009 si 25 Octombrie 2009 cu seria AC-4U .

In cazul in care considerati ca incarcatorul telefonului dumneavoastra intra in acest program puteti sa intrati pe site-ul programului prin click aici, sa completati formularele necesare, si veti fi indrumat catre cel mai apropiat centru de inlocuire.
